Placement and Electrical

Most home plunges plug into a dedicated 120V 20-amp GFCI outlet. Outdoor placement at a Delaware beach home almost always means adding one, which is a small job for a licensed electrician. A filled plunge weighs far less than a hot tub but still wants a level, solid surface. The chiller is what runs the meter; plan for a modest monthly utility line. Filter changes are inexpensive, and the ozone cell lasts a couple of years before replacement.
