We are not going to make medical promises about any of it. What we can tell you is what the equipment is, what it takes to install at a beach home, and what it is like to live with, because we sell both lines, we deliver both, and we service what we sell.

The Pair

• Sunlighten infrared sauna. Full-spectrum infrared in a cabin that fits most homes. Steady, even warmth, no steam, no chemicals. Step inside one in the showroom.
• Therafrost cold plunge. Stainless steel, 120 gallons, holds water at 37°F with a built-in chiller, ozone purification, app control. One is on the showroom floor to look over.

What a Home Setup Takes

Less than most people expect. The plunge plugs into a dedicated 120V 20-amp GFCI outlet. Sauna electrical varies by cabin size, and we will tell you exactly what your model needs before anything ships. Both want a level, solid surface. Together they fit in roughly the footprint of a one-car garage bay, and plenty of our installs are a corner of a covered patio or a finished basement.

Salt air is the local complication, the same as it is for hot tubs. Stainless construction on the plunge handles it well, and we will tell you plainly which spots on your property will shorten an outdoor unit's life.
