Ocean City has been part of our territory since 1990. Condos on the bay side, single-family homes in the quieter sections, and a whole lot of rental properties. Our showroom sits on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, one straight shot up Route 1, and Delaware has no sales tax, which buyers from Maryland tend to appreciate.

What We Carry

Saratoga Spas hot tubs from 2-person to 9-person models, Sunlighten infrared saunas, and the Therafrost cold plunge. All of it is set up and running in the showroom at 20660 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach, just south of Tanger Outlets.

Service in Ocean City

Our service routes run down to Ocean City regularly: repair calls, water treatment, bi-weekly maintenance, and quarterly drain and clean. Ocean City's salt air is as hard on equipment as anywhere on the coast, and we stock the covers, hardware, and chemicals that hold up to it. We service spas we did not sell, including tubs that came with the property.

Buying for an Ocean City Property

Condo buildings have their own rules about what goes on a balcony or common deck, and most rental managers have requirements for covers and locks. Bring us the building rules or your manager's checklist and we will tell you what fits. For single-family homes, the questions are the same ones we ask everyone: how many people, where is it going, and what do you want to spend.
